What To Expect
- Manage and build relationships with advisors and prospects
- Support growth through education of the investment research value proposition and tailored implementation for prospective advisors and transitioning offices.
- Conduct in-person portfolio discussions and initiate social opportunities
- Help advisors and prospects create, and map portfolios for their clients
- Collaborate with Carson partners in calls / meetings with high net worth/ ultra-high net worth clients
- Support customized portfolio construction for high/ultra-high net worth clients working with the advisors and the investment team
- Work as a liaison between the portfolio managers in the platform and partners
- Liaison with the investment team to provide client-ready deliverables and insights to advisors and clients
- Coordinate development of client presentation materials and performance reports with team members
- Assist as needed with development of marketing materials, including presentation enhancements and quarterly mailers
- Support business strategy and business development activity
What You Need
- The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management
- Investment and markets background
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to details
- Strong cross-functional team building and management skills (for example, partnering with multiple distribution channels, marketing, product administration, legal and compliance)
- MBA, and a CFA or CFP designation highly desirable
- Leadership-traits to influence people
- Organization, coordination and project management skills
- Strong understanding of multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real estate and alternative investments
- Experience working with advisors and/or institutional separate accounts, commingled funds, and mutual funds
