Who We Want
The Director of First Impressions plays a very important role in setting the tone for the firm. As the first person and last person clients see when they are in the office, the Director of First Impressions is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience.
What To Expect
- Greet clients and make them feel comfortable when visiting the office
- Manage all areas of CWM reception area, keeping area presentable, clean and stocked (coffee, snacks, water, etc.)
- Answer all incoming calls with exceptional customer service
- Take messages as appropriate
- Love Affair Marketing services to clients, coordinates gifts & cards (birthdays, anniversaries, condolences), random acts of kindness, etc.
- Coordinate Client Birthday & Anniversary gifts and lists with outside vendors
- Manage daily calendar with all client appointments
- Order lunches or arrange dinners for client meetings as needed
- Manage office supplies, including oasis supplies and manage all ingoing and outgoing mail
- Build and maintain a relationship with client base with the focus on service
- Perform general clerical duties
- Special projects as assigned
What You Need
- Must have polished and professional presentation
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience working in a professional office
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and handle a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy to easily learn new programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $50,000 - $66,200.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
