Who We Want
The Financial Professional is a trusted financial advisor advocate for Carson Group clients. As a key support resource for Carson Groups advisors and their brokerage clients, you will work closely with both to provide full operational support for clients brokerage assets. As the main liaison, you will work to meet client needs through case management, communication, and coordination with third parties.
What To Expect
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors and clients, addressing investment and financial needs via phone, email, and cases.
- Review and understand clients' current investment products and strategies, providing education and guidance as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and offices, including processing paperwork.
- Maintain communication with partner advisors and clients to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to company and industry guidelines and policies, exhibit professionalism, and foster positive working relationships.
- Participate in required training and meetings and attend client events as needed.
What You Need
- Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of brokerage accounts, mutual funds, annuities (both fixed and variable), and alternative investments.
- ProblemSolving and Attention to Detail: Ability to tackle complex tasks, conduct research, and work with third parties to resolve issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly articulate information to clients and advisors.
- SelfMotivation and Adaptability: Quick learner, comfortable adapting to new systems and processes, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Client Service Orientation: Passion for providing exceptional client service, building lasting relationships, and effectively managing client expectations.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 2 years of experience in financial services or a related field, ideally with exposure to investment products, brokerage accounts, and client service.
- Bachelors degree preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
- Active Series 7, 65, or 66 licenses are preferred. A clean U4 and U-5 history is required.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar case management systems is a plus.

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $60,000 - $76,850.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
