Who We Want
The Leader of Advisor Growth & Development is responsible for overseeing a team of financial advisors, ensuring they are effectively growing their book of business, enhancing their leadership capabilities, and driving overall business success. This role provides strategic coaching, accountability, and leadership development to advisors, ensuring they meet performance expectations while fostering a high-performance culture.
What To Expect
Advisor Oversight & Performance Management:
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures for advisors.
- Track and analyze advisor performance metrics, ensuring alignment with firm growth objectives.
- Provide both leading and lagging indicators to BGO and Firm
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with advisors to review progress, provide feedback, and offer strategic direction.
Coaching & Leadership Development:
- Develop and implement coaching programs that enhance advisors business development, client relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Guide advisors in creating strategic business plans to expand their client base and increase revenue.
- Provide mentorship and leadership training to help advisors elevate their influence and impact within the firm.
Growth Strategy & Business Development:
- Work on implementing with BGO leadership strategic initiatives
- Identify and implement best practices to drive sustainable growth in advisors books of business.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide advisors with the tools and resources needed for success.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops focused on sales strategies, client retention, and market expansion.
Culture & Engagement:
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture among advisors, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Recognize and celebrate top performers while addressing underperformance with targeted development plans.
- Serve as a liaison between advisors and senior leadership, advocating for advisor needs while ensuring firm objectives are met.
What You Need
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across the organization.
- Possess a passion for training and development.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple large-scale assignments and priorities simultaneously.
- Superior skill and a proven track record in problem solving, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Ability to interact and build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to hold advisors accountable to goals and deliverables
- Entrepreneurial and results oriented.
- Leadership and management skills required
Preferred Education and Experience
- 10 Years Financial Services Experience Preferred
- CFP
- Advisor Coaching Experience Preferred

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $150,000 - $222,500.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
