About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Carson Services LLC. This is a full-time position that requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills to perform various tasks, including filing, data entry, and QuickBooks entries.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with QuickBooks entries (A/R & A/P) and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with new hire onboarding of employees
- Assist with vehicle compliance
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an oilfield office environment and data entry is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
