Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with QuickBooks entries (A/R & A/P) and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with new hire onboarding of employees
- Assist with vehicle compliance
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Support project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an oilfield office environment and data entry is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
