Summary
BHS Therapists provide clinical services to patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting. A Therapist is defined as an individual trained in psychotherapy who helps individuals deal with a variety of mental health and daily living problems to improve overall functioning. A Therapist has a master's degree and has studied sociology, growth and development, mental health theory and practice, human behavior / social environment, psychology, and research methods.
Qualifications
Required :
- Masters degree in Behavioral Health related field
- Nevada state Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Professional Counselor required
- Must complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training within 6 months of hire o Current unrestricted driver's license
