We are currently seeking a Full -Time IT Help Desk Technician
Description:
- Provide IT Technical support for Tamarack Casino/Carson Valley Inn. Includes hardware, software, desktops, servers, networks, and telecommunications. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Must have excellent communications skills, ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers, vendors, and employees. Must be resourceful, demonstrate good judgment and be a team player.
Requirements:
- Must be 21
- (2) years college coursework in computer science, management information systems, specialized computer network training, preferred.
- Must have (3) years equivalent work experience
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card and background clearance.
Shift:
- Varied shifts /Full-time
- Weekend and Holiday work required
