What are the responsibilities and job description for the Propane Tech Assistant - Hood River position at Carson?
We are accepting applications for a seasonal Propane Tech Assistant at our Hood River Propane location.

Essential Function
- Navigation assistance when driving in/through orchards
- Pulling hose up to 150 feet over uneven, slippery, wet terrain laden with rocks/sticks.
- Assist setting tanks in orchards, commercial areas, and residences.
- Other duties as instructed.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent.

- Background check and drug test will be conducted, and driving record will be checked.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements/Equipment
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and smell.
- Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
- Will occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Will lift and/or maneuver up to 35 pounds through a job site.
- Will work outside and in fluctuating temperatures.
- Employee to provide composite/steel toe shoes, heavy weight denim or canvas pants, and warm or cool weather gear needed for work.
- Company will provide hi-vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, and hard hat when needed.
