Seeking Custodian to join our team! Maintain automotive dealership facility.
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors
- Keep exterior clean and free of trash
- Mow lawn areas
- Light painting and handyman repairs
- Perform other duties and task as needed
- Pick up supplies as needed from hardware store etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- must have valid drivers license
- Authorized to work in the United States
Salary : $16 - $19
