Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY
Are you that crazy person who needs everything organized, craves detail, AND loves talking with people? Then you can be the face of CARSTAR Robert’s Collision, Monterey’s premier auto shop as our Front Desk/Estimator Asst.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
· Make each person comfortable by properly greeting them in a professional and courteous manner.
· Answer multiple phone lines.
· Accurately create physical and E-Files.
· Create and update our database, spreadsheets and calendars.
· Accurately process payments and related paperwork.
· Shuttle customers in a friendly manner.
· Follow guidelines to meet insurance criteria.
· Assist estimators.
· Establish and maintain great working relationships with insurance companies.
· Complete a thorough check-in of vehicles after drop off.
· Handle a busy desk with interruptions, odd jobs, and fast-moving environment.
· Educate customers on CARSTAR’s CSI/NPS survey (kept informed, customer service, quality of repair and on-time delivery).
· Perform follow-up sales calls on estimate quotes (unsold) within 48 hours.

Must be available for shifts that start early or stay late. (8:00-5:00) Medical and Vacation Benefits are available.
Compensation is determined based on experience. Medical and Vacation benefits are available.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
