The Role: The Wave Planner is responsible for executing all merchandise waving and analysis to meet business requirements in a cost effective and efficient manner, for all divisions and companies. What You'll Do: Understanding operational processes Identifying short falls in wave selection and identify potential fixes Ability to make decisions based on data set Who You Are: Manhattan Experience Order Management Experience Inventory Control Experience Operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality; setting the example for leaders and associates. Serve as an Cart.com advocate in the industry and marketplace What You've Done: Have experience with wave managed workflow Proficient Excel Skills Flexibility on work hours and willingness to be on call Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to accurately work with statistical data and to identify inconsistencies. Ability to communication with all levels of management. Ability to work independently and set daily priorities Physical Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. · While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or listen. The associate is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, as well as reach with hands and arms. · The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. · Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. · Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours, with frequent interruptions. · Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building. · Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel Required.
