- Double-check orders before and after delivery to guarantee correctness and accuracy
- Prepare any documents or reports necessary as related to delivery or bookkeeping needs
- Deliver and distribute new items to customers in a safe and timely way
- Follow planned routes, timetables, and local traffic rules to guarantee a safe and efficient delivery
- Communicate with customers in a polite and professional way to provide a positive customer experience
- Consistent follow-up and follow-through are an absolute requirement and an integral part of this position
- Available to work occasional weekends or overnight Qualifications :
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record are required
- Preference for candidates with prior delivery driver or related job experience
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills and time management skills
- Must have graduated high school or received equivalency (GED)
- The ability to lift at least 25 pounds is needed for this position
- Candidates should be passionate about deliveries and customer service
- Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must have valid references
- The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is needed for this position
- Must have at least two (2) years of behind-the-wheel experience
