• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Ability to quickly identify target profiles during resume review, outbound sourcing and phone screens
• Report pipeline and candidate activity to various stakeholders
• Utilize insights from sourcing campaigns to develop tactics that increase outreach efficiency
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that could align with the candidate’s interests and business needs
• Partner with our business recruiters and hiring partners to gain a deep, holistic understanding of our business and assigned roles
• Continuously innovate our hiring approach and processes through creative non traditional channels (i.e. networking, referrals etc.)
  
  

The Team You'll Work With

We’re looking for an exceptional Sourcer to strategically partner with our Business Recruiting Team and business functions to identify and support hiring world class talent to drive Carta’s business forward. As a member of the Recruiting Team, you will play a key role in architecting sourcing “best practices” and long-term sourcing strategies. This role will have the opportunity to partner directly with the business.

About You

• Skilled in identifying talent through various sourcing techniques (i.e. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, etc.)
• 3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting focused role
• Have used an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, etc
• Someone with strong intellectual curiosity, who cares about the “how” and “why” at a deeper level
• An appetite to keep up and stay current with market trends
• Organized, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Metrics driven, utilizing data to influence the hiring process and drive results
• Adaptable, resourceful, and resilient with a bias to action

Benefits

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary commission if applicable) range for this role is:

$106,250 - $125,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY

Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
