As a Lead Product Manager for Investor Relations, you'll build core components of Carta's ERP to connect companies and investors. You'll help solve problems like :
- How do we create an exceptional experience for investors to make and manage their investments?
- How do we create a company experience that makes Carta the place for founders to do investor updates?
- How do we further connect investors with their portfolio companies on Carta?
- How can we deliver automated valuations to investors that can pass an audit and be shared with their LPs?
- How can we help companies, investors and LPs maximize the value of their holdings using the QSBS tax exmpetion?
The Team You'll Work With
You'll be joining our Investor Relations (IR) product team. The IR team aims to strengthen the connection between investors and their portfolio companies on Carta. We focus on simplifying portfolio company reporting, improving investor access to cap table data, and equipping funds with better tools to track valuations and make new investments. We build for both funds and their portfolio companies, ensuring that our users have the tools they need to manage those relationships effectively.
As part of this team, you will collaborate across our Companies and Fund Administration businesses to strengthen relationships between these key players in Carta's network.

Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary commission if applicable) range for this role is :
