The Demand Planning Analyst-Casino is responsible for managing the accuracy and integrity of the demand and sales data for Key Customer Account programs through daily routines and processes. This planner will handle the routine and exception management and will be working directly with the production, planning, and sales teams to ensure alignment from product / program inception to completion. This role is accountable for ensuring product is forecasted and communications are consistent and clear to all teams allowing for optimized On Time / In Full fulfillment. This role will report directly to the VP of Demand Planning and Analytics and is key to driving sustained revenue growth.
What you’ll do as a Demand Planning Analyst :
- Work collaboratively with teams (especially Sales and Supply Chain) to develop and continuously improve planning processes, forecast accuracy, and business outcomes
- Utilize Excel, statistical / AI modeling, and BI tools to create data-driven demand forecasts and identify opportunities for short and long-term time horizons
- Run reports and analyze historical customer sales / usage and inventory trends, market conditions, events, and customer-specific demand to refine forecasts.
- Collaborate with customers directly to refine forecasts and communication (CPFR / VMI)
- Proactively report program performance as a key input into the S&OP process
- Work to align Shipment and Financial forecasting by Account by product
- Proactive communication regarding risks & opportunities which may impact performance, supply, and inventory
- Provide in-depth analysis of demand trends, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turnover.
- Maximum on Time / In Full order management
- Manage forecast accuracy within predetermined range
- Partner Scorecard Metrics related to inventory management
