Main Responsibilities:
- Accuracy in all unit transactions
- Adherence to regulations and procedures
- Maintaining an excellent driving record
- Presenting a professional appearance
- Demonstrating good attention to detail
- Providing above-average customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Six months or more driving experience in the local region (preferred)
- Some experience with direct customer service interaction
- Basic computer skills, including use of printers and cellular phones
Desirable Skills:
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Aptitude to learn computer blood banking/inventory management software
- Working knowledge of area highways and freeways
- Ability to learn applicable AABB standards and Carter BloodCare procedures
