PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting to the Manager of Mobile Donor Recruitment, the Recruitment Support Assistant (RSA) provides support to the Recruitment Department to ensure standard, consistent, and efficient use of the account management and blood drive scheduling system and assists with administrative tasks for blood drive support, as assigned.
Regular, full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Associate’s Degree or higher, preferred
EXPERIENCE
-
1 - 3 years of administrative and computer experience
-
1 - 3 years of scheduling and logistics support experience, preferred
-
1 - 3 years of audit and/or control responsibilities, preferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
-
Excellent internal/external customer service and telephone skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work closely and harmoniously with Carter BloodCare’s (CBC) management team, donor recruitment personnel, and the Scheduling, and Collections Departments

Ability to monitor computer systems, facilitate planning and logistics, and schedule company resources

Experience working with computer systems and data analytics

Proficient computer skills (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
