What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Video Teller and Call Center Agent position at Carter Credit Union?
Position Description:
This position is the primary contact a member has with the credit union. This contact may be by phone, in person or through interactive teller machine technology. ITM Agent will provide engaging member centric service to our members virtually, via video. The bilingual ITM Agent will assist members with financial transactions, providing member support via telephone, and email, resolving account and loan-related issues as needed, identifying and making sales referrals and assisting members in enrolling in and/or ordering various credit union products and services. When problems or questions arise, this position is responsible for initiating resolution. The ITM Agent effectively assists members via ITMs located at multiple locations. This position takes complete ownership of the members needs while meeting the credit unions standards.
The ideal applicant must have the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently.
This position may be located in Shreveport or Bossier City Louisiana

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
