What are the responsibilities and job description for the Video Teller and Call Center Agent position at Carter Credit Union?
Position Description: This position is the primary phone contact a member has with the credit union. This position answers inquiries by phone and may assist in the opening of an account, through the various services offered by the credit union, as well as closing of accounts. This position is responsible for cross-selling the many services the credit union offers and thus facilitates the credit union becoming the member’s primary financial institution. When problems or questions arise, this position is responsible for initiating resolution.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
