SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all customer calls, in-bound and out-bound. The CSR will schedule appointment times, requirements and financial responsibility of the client, perform C-PAP/BiPAP setups. Also responsible for general office filing and upkeep of forms and supplies.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2. Health care credentials preferred but not required.
- 3. Bi-lingual is strongly preferred.
- 4. Must possess and maintain good physical stamina and mental health. Has presented a pre- employment health clearance, including a negative TB skin test and/or CXR and other tests as required by Agency policy.
- 5. Have satisfactory reference from current employers and/or professional peers.
- 6. Have excellent observation and communication skills.
- 7. Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the Agency requirements; have proof of insurance, preferred.
- 8. Must possess a valid driver's license or ID card issued by a State, an outlying possession of the US, or a federal, state or local government agency/entity. ID card must have either a photo and/or identifying information such as name, address, DOB, gender, height, and eye color.
- 9. Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications. Able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- 10. Is self-directed, with the ability to work with little supervision.
- 11. Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all work requirements and obligations.
