We are currently seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at the Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa in Johnson City, Texas. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food for guest consumption in accordance with the highest standards set by our Executive Chef.

Job Description:
- Prepares food for service including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
- Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Answers and follows instructions from the Executive or Sous Chef.
- Cleans up station and manages leftover food.
- Stocks inventory appropriately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as a Cook in a restaurant, commercial, or industrial facility.
- Experience with banquet, catering, or resort work is preferred.

Schedule:
- Breakfast Line Cook: Saturday and Sunday 7:30am - 3:00pm.
- Prep: Thursday 11am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 4pm.
