This position requires a minimum of one year of experience as a cook in a restaurant or commercial facility. Experience with banquet, catering, or resort work is preferred. You should be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies
- Clean up of station and takes care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
