Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Assist with food service when necessary, including catering events or banquets.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service of food and drinks.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and menu changes to effectively engage with guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards is advantageous.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus, particularly in high-volume settings like nightclubs or events.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
