The Tasting Room at Carter Estate Winery is looking for an experience Cashier with great customer service experience.
Duties include:
- Welcome guests, provide assistance and answer any questions
- Effectively and accurately manage customer transactions, both cash and credit card payments
- Answer the department phone and check voicemail throughout the day and respond as needed
- Maintain a clean work area
- Provide assistance with inventory as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
Prior experience in a fast paced, customer service/hospitality industry is preferred. Cash Handling experience. Knowledge of point of sales systems. Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills required. Must have a personable, friendly and enthusiastic personality. Must show versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
