Logistics Coordinator
Department : Brokerage Job Status : Full-Time Reports to : Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY
We are actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Brokerage Team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing strong business relationships with service providers to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, SKILLS, and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide outstanding customer service to carrier partners and internal and external customers
- Assist with load building, tracking and covering loads with carriers
- Promptly resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise
QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 6 months minimum related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
None
COMPUTER SKILLS :
Able to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications such as : E-mails, DAT Key Point, DAT Power, HubSpot, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
High energy, competitive and feel energized when you see results. Dedicated to service and do not shy away from difficult conversations. A self-starter who seeks to make an impact with your work. Someone looking to create awareness and work as a partner with your customers and carriers to craft solutions.
