DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Director of Digital Transformation in Richmond, Virginia. The Director of Digital Transformation is responsible for the digital transformation initiatives for overall business groups and needs.  The individual in this role will develop and implement digital strategies that enhance the business operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth. Seeking candidates with proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the construction equipment industry. Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Requirements for the Director of Digital Transformation position includes:

• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once. 
• Excellent PC skills with knowledge of Power Point and Excel.
• Must be willing to travel and work hours required by job.

Physical requirements must be met for the Director of Digital Transformation job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.  Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
