About the Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Hydraulic Cylinder Technician to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Hydraulic Cylinder Technician, you will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, repairing/ replacing, reassembling and testing hydraulic cylinders to meet factory specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn operation of specialized shop equipment.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and service software.
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 70 pounds, including bulky objects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work shifts as needed, including days, nights, and/or weekends to meet customer needs.

Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly rate of $19.50-$34.30 per hour.
