Job description
Construction equipment and tool distributor seeking a self motivated and intelligent individual to assist our sales department pertaining to customer orders including:
* Writing up orders and inputting into our sales system.
*Work with sales dept. to ensure materials not in stock are properly ordered
* Assist in obtaining and matching up Purchase Orders from customers
* Taking customer calls regarding returns/missing items/exchanges
* Follow up with vendors on back orders and communicating details to sales staff and customers
* Many other tasks as needed
