As a Customer Service Concierge at CMA's Rocky Mount Toyota, you will:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Offer coffee, water, and assistance to customers while they wait.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure a comfortable atmosphere.
- Assist with answering phones when needed, directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, embodying the welcoming and polished image of Toyota
- Uphold a professional dress code and appearance at all times.
- Assist dealership staff with additional customer service-related tasks as needed.
