CMA's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM of Lynchburg is growing! We are adding a 2nd shift Parts Counter Associate to support internal and external customers with efficient and accurate parts support.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm
Alternating Saturdays 8am - 6pm

Job Requirements
- Computer proficiency required (CDK or other DMS experience preferred)
- Be resourceful when parts are on backorder or not readily available
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction scores above company standards
- Respond quickly with needs of Service Advisors and Technicians
- Ability to accurately estimate availability and pricing of parts
- Manage parts inventory
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills
- Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years automotive experience working in a dealership parts department preferred
