About the Payroll Coordinator Position
As a key member of the People Team, the Payroll Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing the payroll process for their delegated dealerships. This includes ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Payroll Coordinator also leads efforts to educate and communicate payroll information to associates. This role is based on-site in Charlottesville, VA, during regular support hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed. This role offers opportunities to work from home. The anticipated pay range is $22 - $25 per hour based on experience.
