CMA's Valley Subaru is adding technicians to support our growing Service Department. This has prompted the need for a new Service Advisor to support the additional customer flow.
As a service advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer experiences by building relationships and driving growth.
Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Driving growth and team building
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Using a dealer management system to efficiently manage processes
