Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team at Carter Quality Hardwood Flooring, Inc for 1099 contract work. In this role, you will be responsible for installing hardwood and LVP Flooring, ensuring the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional flooring solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Install hardwood flooring according to specifications and design plans.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by ensuring they are clean, level, and ready for flooring.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Provide and Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

• Provide all tools for the job.
• Transportation and/or Trailers be sign/logo free.
• Proven experience in flooring installation, specifically with hardwood & LVP materials.
• Ability to perform trim carpentry tasks as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
