We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to maintain and improve the landscape of a private residence. This full-time position involves various outdoor tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Landscaping (mowing, pruning, weeding, planting seasonal plants)
- Debris removal and gutter cleaning
- Light handyman tasks (pressure washing, furniture moving)
- Advising the homeowner on how to improve the landscape
- Operating landscaping equipment (mower, trailer)
Requirements:
- Proven background in landscaping or groundskeeping
- Knowledge of native plants and trees in the area
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment, including backing a trailer
- Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring lifting and bending
- Background check required
Preferred Skills:
- Basic handyman experience (pressure washing, minor repairs)
- Good communication skills to discuss landscaping options with the homeowner
