- Answer all incoming client calls promptly and professionally
- Provide a warm and courteous greeting to clients, creating a positive first impression
- Prioritize client needs and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, both on the phone and in person
- Provide introductory information to new customers about our products and services
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases and follow up to confirm their satisfaction
- Inform clients about additional products or services that may benefit them
- Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer client questions and resolve issues
- Escalate queries and concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
- Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other departments to find appropriate solutions
- Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor at all times, positively impacting team morale
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Are able to work some evenings hours from home.
