Overview
As a Sales Associate at Carter's/OshKosh, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits, and confidently resolve issues for customers.
You'll meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel services to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed, and articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
- Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
- Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
