- HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT :
The IT Project Management Office (PMO) Intern will be responsible for or assisting day-to-day SCRUM management of small to midsized initiatives; as well as supporting PM teammates establishing and managing existing projects utilizing various methodologies. They will also be involved in the teams ongoing process improvement initiatives to better the project delivery experience.
This role reports to the IT PMO Director. This Director has 7 direct reports and is based in our Phipps office. The IT PMO team is hybrid with most members working remote and in office multiple times a week depending on business activity .
80% : Project Management Delivery
Assist PMs in managing multiple cross functional projects that span multiple lines of businessAbility to manage small to mid-size projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologiesSupport scrum masters to create and manage sprint plans, release plans, stakeholder communication plan, budget (planned, actual and forecast), and risk management planParticipate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.Collaborate with resource managers for other IT areas to staff the appropriate skills and number of resources on the project20% : Process Improvements
Work with PMO leaders to identify & alter existing processes that streamline project deliveryCollaborate with PMO leaders, PMs, business analyst, quality assurance teams to identify gaps and create new processes, templates that support effective yet efficient project delivery practicesWED LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF : (REQUIREMENTS SECTION)Must have :
