What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Position, Temporary Part-Time 2025 position at Carteret Community College?
Carteret Community College accepts applications from individuals who wish to be considered for temporary, part-time administrative / staff positions that may become available. Temporary, part-time positions are not eligible for benefits. Applications will remain active for a period of 8 months from the application date.
Duties include :
- Greet students, faculty, and staff
- Answer phone calls, answer general questions, take messages as required
- Perform clerical duties
- Schedule meetings
- Organize information
- Data Input & Management
- Compose letters, memorandums, minutes, reports, charts, presentations, data base and spreadsheets
- Filing
