Responsibilities
The ICU RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care principles. This includes assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, monitoring patients' responses to treatments, and maintaining accurate records of patient information.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including progress notes and medication administration.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in CCU/ICU required.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
Additional Requirements:
- ID confirming that they live outside of the 50-mile radius from the facility is required.
- Photo for badge is required; must be a head shot picture but not too close to camera.
