Cartersville Bartow County Tourism is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to help enhance our digital presence and share Bartow County's unique story. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications while working with a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reels and Short-Form Video Creation : Develop captivating video content to boost engagement and highlight Bartow County's attractions.
- Social Media Management : Write engaging, on-brand captions for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Campaign Support : Create social media posts tied to blog content, pairing compelling visuals with 'Learn More' links to drive traffic to the website.
- Content Writing : Assist with writing and editing blog posts and brainstorming newsletter content, focusing on creativity and clarity. A willingness to explore and experiment with new content ideas is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications :
Schedule : Flexible - roughly 15 hours per week.
Compensation : $12 / hour.
Location : Based in Cartersville, GA.
