Your Role :
As a Customer Service Representative in our AAHA-Accredited clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting our veterinarians and technicians by being the first point of contact for clients; handling tasks like answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, managing financial transactions, and providing general information about pet care.
Responsibilities :
Greet clients and answers phone calls with a smile
Schedule appointments
Update client and patient medical records
Accurately handle client transactions and payments
Communicate with veterinarians and other team members regarding client and patient needs
Educates clients on pet care practices and preventative medicine
Processes prescription refill requests and pet food orders
Demonstrates compassion and empathy while maintaining a positive work environment
