Advanced Practitioner- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join well established Health Centers-Positions available in the Waddington Health Center, Heuvelton Health Center and the Canton Health Center
Position Requirements:
- Enthusiastic patient-centered care champion to provide excellent quality care to our patients, ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Must be motivated, engaged and committed to providing high quality care and be operationally driven to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact with all types of individuals within a wide range of personality traits and socioeconomic statuses
- Services provided: Annual physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management, vaccinations, lab testing to name a few
- Willingness to work and live in rural, small community setting; and actively engage with community
- PA/NP works under the supervision of a physician. However, may be the principal care provider onsite. In such cases, the PA/NP confers with the supervising physician and other medical professionals as needed and as required by law.
Starting Salary Range: $120,000 per year with adjustments based on experience, plus an additional WRVU-based incentive bonus.
