What are the responsibilities and job description for the AMBULETTE SUPERVISOR position at Carthage Area Hospital?
Qualifications
Must hold a current New York State Class C or higher Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Must be able to be qualified under Article 19-A of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
DOT physical, or present a current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (valid for 2 years) required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must pass a pre-employment fingerprint background investigation and review of driving records.
High school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English required.
Satisfactory completion of a training program in passenger assistance techniques, sensitivity training, and map reading, or demonstrated competence based on previous employment experience.
