What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAH - RECEPTIONIST/PHLEBOTOMIST position at Carthage Area Hospital?
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferably one year of office / phlebotomy experience in the medical field.
Must possess knowledge of age specific needs and growth and development requirements for the infant through geriatric age population served as is relevant to Laboratory procedures.
Previous experience in the medical secretarial field desirable.
Possession of strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
