CHMC- Performance Improvement - Administrative Assistant – Temporary Full Time- 8a-5p-Req 8244
Pay Range: $22.11-$28.74*
***This is a temporary role. Time frame to be in role is to be determined but will likely be through June 2025. However, leadership will ensure to have responsibilities to delegate to this candidate once this role comes to an end***
Coordinates Nursing Services activities, performs secretarial and appropriate executive functions. Answers phones, distributes mail, and schedules appointments for Nursing Services. Serves as a key member of committees and teams involving nursing services; such as Nursing Policy and Procedure Committee and Clinical Ladder Review Committee. Assists departments and department managers with clerical duties for all departments falling under Nursing Services.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
A.A.S. degree in secretarial science or business preferred
TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Required:
at least 5 years clerical experience required, Training and experience in the operation of word processors
