Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent. One to two years of post-secondary education related to medical secretary or one year experience in a clinical position or medical records department preferred. Proficiency with general office skills and legal access issues required. Exhibits proficient communication skills and ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a variety of personalities. Ability to sustain attention to detail and accuracy as it pertains to the documentation of information. Maintaining quality assurance and compliance with all regulatory agencies. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in computer applications.
