Qualifications
Valid New York State RN License. ACLS, PALS, or ENPC certification. BLS certification. Successful completion of Critical Care course within one year of position start date. Minimum of one year Medical / Surgical experience. Acknowledging changes in a patient’s condition or behavior, and promptly reporting these changes to appropriate licensed nursing personnel. Maintaining confidentiality of all patient information. Maintaining quality assurance and compliance with all regulatory agencies. Ability to implement and support procedures and programs pertaining to patient safety and security. Exhibit proficient communication skills and ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a variety of personalities. Ability to sustain attention to detail and accuracy as it pertains to the monitoring and documentation of information. Performing various intervention tasks assigned by the charge nurse. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients. Basic computer knowledge.

- The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. - This rate does not include the shift differential of $2.50 for hours worked between 3p-11 : 30p and $3.50 for shifts worked between 11p-7 : 30a. Must work at least 4 hours during that time frame to qualify.
