• Competitive Salary: Starting at $700,000, with adjustments based on experience, plus an additional WRVU-based incentive bonus.

• Relocation Bonus: $10,000 to assist with your transition to the North Country.

• Work-Life Balance: A manageable 1:6 call schedule, with additional compensation for any extra call days worked.
