Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is located at 1045 West St, Carthage, NY USA.
CNA Duties:
Our CNAs perform the following tasks:
- Observe residents in assigned units.
- Report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
- Provide personal care, including bed baths, shaving, etc.
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements.
- Make beds and maintain a clean and tidy living space.
- Transport residents within the facility.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
Hiring Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Successfully complete our sponsored CNA program.
- Hold a valid New York State CNA certification.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be able to work as a team member.
